Random thought: If I wear a work polo into any store or restaurant, I am an instant celebrity. I get "I know you! I buy my games from you!" or "Thanks for recommending (random game here). It's awesome!" or "I'm glad you're here! I have a question--" which were all cool at first but got old fast. I like to get away from customers on my 30-minute lunch break, so you can imagine my disappointment in having to deal with one at the KFC drive-thru window, for example.
And then there are those customers who stalk me by looking me up on Facebook without ever knowing my last name, and sending friend requests. A guy added me two weeks ago, and I had no idea who he was, so I didn't confirm or deny his request. He had a unique last name, though, so when he came into my store to reserve Pokemon X and I had to enter his name in my system, the bulb in my head instantly clicked on, and I put two and two together.
Crazy customers.
